Windows 10 October 2018 Update
I forgot to post this last week. On Oct. 2nd Microsoft soft launched the Windows 10 October 2018 Update, with plans to begin rolling it out to everyone on the 9th. On the 6th they had to pull the update as for anyone that did an upgrade, it was deleting the contents of the Documents folder.
They fixed the bug and have re-released the update to Windows Insiders this past Oct. 9th, with a proper launch pending.
For anyone doing a clean install of the OS this isn't an issue, but as I recall almost everyone here updates instead. If you don't already, back up your files to be safe.
If you have an HP system though, which I don't think anyone here does, it's apparently causing Blue Screens of Death as well.
