Wait, really?
Yes, minus the explosions and shit. But I ran across the street and picked up the dog before the car hit it.

Went to go grab the vacuum, and when I pulled back my boxspring, I find a shit ton of mold growing on the wall. Boxspring ruined, carpet ruined, drywall ruined. Had some guys check it out today, and they ripped out some panelling from the outside of the house, right where my room is. There's rain getting into the wall, causing the mold. Great. Luckily we rent, so we don't have to pay a penny for renovations :).

No. :(
Good news: I did pretty well in the course I really loved (Criminal Justice) and I passed (not good but passed) the course (Sociology) that I was so extremely worried about. I calculated it and figured I would have passed by the smallest smidgen imaginable.
Bad news: I did really bad in the course I thought I was doing super well in and it was easy (Anthropology) and I ended up failing a course..
Not even sure about Psychology yet.. I think I failed the last test because of our dumb prof. but I think I passed the course.. I hope.
Not a good start to University :/ I'm not even sure how to tell my parents hteyre gonna be so mad/disappointed and I intend on paying them back for the course I failed plus the admission fee to the faculty I originally applied to. No point in even sending an updated transcript to the University I was hoping to get into because without that last class I don't have enough credit hours now to even be considered for a position at the faculty.
Sorry, bit of a rant..

I'm sorry to hear that Dino, and in my experience the best way to look at something like this is a learning experience. It's not the end of the world, it just means you need to change up some plans.

xxDinoSaurus said:Thanks everyone. I'm feeling better now after reading these and talking to some people but I'm still nervous to talk to my parents. Despite the fact that I was hoping to do the 3-year program for social work so I can get it done with quickly, I'm thinking I should go at a pace that's easier for me to work on like 4 classes per semester. 5 sucked, plus with 20 hours a week at work.
Despite being nervous about talking to my parents, I'm feeling more confident again, after reading these things and talking to some other people. I was considering talking to my grandma about it first to see if she can give me any advice or something. Not sure yet.
